About Us

Founded in 1980, Daniel Bloom & Associates, Inc. (DBAI) is a human capital consulting firm dedicated to providing the six sigma methodology to making the human resource component of the operation, a strategic partner in that business enterprise. We do so, by implementing the continuous improvement toolbox in delivering our best practice services.

Our services began by providing assistance in writing EEO/ Affirmative Action plans and has evolved into a full service human resources consultancy.
